We ship seasonally between July 1st and August 31st. During the shipping season, we ship to the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America. We ship first to the coldest agricultural zones and then to the warmer zones. If you would like to make a special shipping request so that your plants will arrive at a particular time during our shipping window, please email us at jehonnette@gmail.com, and we will try to work with your request.

Replacement and Refund Policy

If at the time of shipment the item you ordered is out of stock we may substitute it for another variety of your choice, at an equal or lesser value, please email us a list of acceptable replacement varieties when you place your order. If for any reason you would prefer to not have the variety replaced, let us know as soon as possible and we will give you a refund by way of store credit or return of funds to the card used for the purchase. Shipping Cost Explanation

We calculate shipping costs based on the number of plants in your order and your location.

For Smaller Orders (1–8 plants):

• 1–2 plants: Shipping starts at $15.90 (varies by region).
• 3–4 plants: Shipping starts at $17.80 (varies by region).
• 5–6 plants: Shipping starts at $19.70 (varies by region).
• 7–8 plants: Shipping starts at $21.60 (varies by region).

For Larger Orders (9+ plants):

• Shipping costs increase incrementally as more plants are added.
• The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Important Note:

Each shipping cost includes a $14 handling fee to ensure your plants are carefully packaged and arrive in excellent condition. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive, call us immediately and we will replace it or refund your money if a replacement is not available.
