Ruffled white ground plicata, 1/4" cornflower blue (HCC 742) stitching around edge of standards and falls; blue (742) beard. 'Blue Staccato' X seedling# N 1180-3: ( 'Quiet Times' x 'Socialite'). Schreiner 1987. Honorable Mention 1989; Award of Merit 1992.
